OPERATIONS MANAGER - PUBLIC HEALTH

Work Type: Full Time

The Brien Holden Vision Institute Foundation is a not for profit organisation committed to the elimination of blindness that is due to simply not having access to an eye examination and a pair of glasses. Our goal is to provide a challenging, stimulating and safe workplace that encourages staff confidence, motivation and pride in their work. The successful applicant will work with staff to improve operational management systems, processes and best practices to contribute towards achievement of the organisations operational objectives.
The role will have a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance including for DFAT and ACFID; plus support a range of functions including: policy and risk management, financial management, human resource management, IT systems and daily operations

Whilst based in the Sydney office, the candidate may be required to travel as the role will support the global operations of the organisation, include a close working relationship with staff in other countries and regions.
